Cost: $9 per child or $12 per family
Places are limited and registrations are essential before the start of every term!
You will receive a confirmation email when you have been successfully registered. There is usually a waiting list, so please do not attend Term 1 unless you have received a confirmation email. If places are full for this term, an email will be sent to notify you that you are on the waiting list for the term.
If you are new to Maylands Toddler Jam and have never registered before, please do so here first, before returning to this form to register for the term.
- Good hygiene practices, social distancing and frequent cleaning will be observed
- Toddler Jam will finish 10 minutes early to provide carers and volunteers the time to wipe/sanitise surfaces and toys that were used throughout the morning
- We ask that you do not attend if you or your child have even a mild cough or fever.
